They say that Tuscany is one place in the world that every person needs to visit, at least once in a lifetime. And even though this couple has proudly checked it off their bucket list, I can almost guarantee that our love for this region will draw us back there again, sometime soon.
Why do we crave Tuscany? Why are travelers so obsessed with this part of Italy? If you haven’t yet ventured, I’ll bet you’re wishing to go there. For me, it was a much sought after chance to photograph this most picturesque part of Italy.
It seems like every turn begs to be photographed. Luring medieval towns clinging to steep hillsides brimming with cobblestone narrow alleyways. Stone farmhouses and restored villas. Rolling hills accented with mist offer magnificent views of vineyards, olive groves and Cyprus trees. Well, enough already.
Stop dreaming, and start packing. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy my images of Tuscany.
